Center of Excellence in Public Elementary Education (CENTEX)

Center of Excellence in Public Elementary Education (CENTEX)
CENTEX is a public school where bright children from poor families receive quality education through Ayala Foundation’s partnership with the Department of Education, local government units, parents, donors, and volunteers.

CENTEX operates two schools in the Philippines — in Tondo, Manila, and in Bauan, Batangas. Since its inception in 1998, CENTEX has graduated over 800 students, whose achievements test scores have consistently surpassed the national average.

You may contribute to:

Our education support program, which covers food, transportation, and uniforms for students

  • Food PhP5,000 per student
  • Transportation PhP2,800 per student
  • Uniform PhP1,000 per student

Our Teacher Training program, a critical part of CENTEX’s mission to share and disseminate “best teacher practices and classroom technologies” PhP 10,000 per teacher

Scholarship for CENTEX students (Kindergarten to Grade 6) PhP20,000 per student

The high school education of our CENTEX graduates PhP 25,000 per student


The Ayala Museum’s “A Day at the Museum” program

The Ayala Museum A Day at the Museum program
Through our Arts and Culture programs, we seek to instill pride in our cultural heritage and achievements, and promote knowledge and appreciation of the country’s history and heritage. Our Ayala Museum and Filipinas Heritage Library are centers of cultural exchange and home to our rich collection of art and history.

You may contribute to:

Our “A Day in the Museum” program, which helps underprivileged children develop a greater appreciation and understanding of our country’s heritage, through a guided museum tour and art activities.

  • PhP 600 per child
  • PhP 25,000 per class (40 children)


Disaster Relief: Laging Handa!

Through our Disaster Relief program, we are able to readily help those in urgent need of support in times of calamities, in partnership with local organizations.
