The Filon Boys Piano Benefit Concert

The Filon Boys Piano Concert was held at the Filon residence on December 1st. The response was overwhelming that hosts Peter and Suzanne Solis Filon decided to have two performances. Both performances were well attended.

Proceeds from the Filon Boys Concert will be donated to Feed the Hungry, Inc. to build a classroom for the school children in one of the areas devastated by Typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda. So far, the Filon Boys Concert has raised $14,360.00! Some small children, Katherine (9) and Christine (7) Gillen; Sofie (11), Calliope (9), and Drexel (7) Reider, broke their piggy banks so they could donate to help the children affected by the super typhoon.
