Giving Thanks this Year

We know this year has been rough, but we are grateful for our front liners, community helpers, and donors for giving more than they are able to give. Thank you for keeping us safe. Thank you to the people who are working to keep their neighbors fed, housed, and healthy. They deserve more. So do the people who are unemployed or incarcerated or homeless during this devastating pandemic. We pray for our Creator’s continued guidance and protection not only for our country but the whole world.

To the millions of people worldwide who have tested positive, may your road to recovery be smooth. To the families and friends of the millions of people who have died worldwide — and thousands of those in the US, your loved ones are not forgotten.

Everyone Can Make Thanksgiving Safer

Wear a mask with two or more layers to help protect yourself and others from COVID-19.

Wear the mask over your nose and mouth and secure it under your chin.

Make sure the mask fits snugly against the sides of your face.
