Livelihood Program: Livestock Dispersal at South Cotabato, Region XII

The first tranche of the project fund in the amount of Php75,000.00, which was disbursed to the URFIDI (Upland Rural Farmers and Integrated Development, Inc.) on 22 September 2021, was used to purchase 300 heads of ducklings including feeds and medicines, and these were distributed to the first thirty (30) members/beneficiaries of the association. This project has provided additional source of income to the beneficiaries.

The project shall respond to the basic issue and problem of the poorest farmers in the municipality. The project aims to improve livestock productivity and eventually improve the socio-economic status of the farmers and their families.
